ABOUT THE CONTENT
The expectations of today’s buyers are evolving, and success in ecommerce belongs to sellers who can evolve with the customer. As shoppers increasingly opt for convenience, brands must consider their presence on the digital shelf. New solutions for managing the customer’s product experience offer forward-thinking businesses the chance to deliver more relevant and engaging content across a wide array of touchpoints. By optimizing the opportunities for customers to discover, research, and shop in the digital space, brands can offer a personalized journey for each of their shoppers.
To accomplish this, businesses must consolidate fragmented data and systems, unify previously siloed teams across their organization, and execute dynamic commerce strategies with speed and at scale. Those that adopt a digital first mentality and make continued improvements online will dominate the digital shelf.
  • How can you structure your organization for success on the digital shelf?
  • What barriers stand in your way, both inside and outside of your organization?
  • How can traditional brands adopt a digital first mindset?
  • Where do digitally native brands excel and where do they fall short?
  • How can you deliver consistent, up-to-date content across all channels?
  • What are critical elements of the new shopping journey?
