HR Outsourcing is on track to continue record growth in the United States. Industry research demonstrates that over 90% of middle market and large organizations outsource at least one HR function or activity. The most commonly outsourced HR functions include outplacement services, employee assistance programs, defined contribution or 401K, COBRA administration and defined benefits. In the future, companies plan to expand outsourcing into leave management, learning and development, payroll, recruiting, health and welfare and global mobility.
We will host a half-day conference that will cover the future direction of HR Outsourcing. We will examine and discuss the evolution of outsourcing from present state of individual silos (compensation & benefits, workforce planning & deployment, organizational & people development, human capital services, and employee data management) to its future state of integrated workforce lifecycle management.
