Business Development Institute (BDI) and Adrants have partnered with New York University, Academy of Art Institute, and Bay Area Interactive Group (BIG) to produce Diversity Job Fair and Leadership Conference programs in both New York City and San Francisco.  Over 750 job candidates from minority backgrounds have connected with over 50 leading agencies and corporate marketers that have exhibited and recruited at the events.  Feedback from the job candidates and recruiters have been extremely positive.
