The Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY) is a full service conference center that accommodates 400 attendees. It is located in the heart of midtown, close to Penn Station, Grand Central Station, and major subway lines. The state of the art auditorium comfortably seats 400 theatre-style and boasts all the latest A/V technology including video infrastructure built-in for CUNY TV. There are 7 break-out rooms which accommodate between 40 and 80 attendees each. The main exhibit hall is in the center of the conference center which allows for effective networking during registration, breakfast, lunch, breaks and the networking reception. The auditorium and all 7 break-out rooms border around the main exhibit hall and require all attendees, speakers and advisors to go through the exhibit hall multiple times throughout each conference.

The Graduate Center is within walking distance of most public transportation terminals:
a) Grand Central Station [42nd street between Lexington and Madison].
b) Penn Station [32nd Street and 7th Avenue].
c) Port Authority [42nd Street and 8th Avenue].
d) Path Train [34th and 6th Ave].
e) Pier 11 from Port Imperial in New Jersey. This method of transportation from NJ is highly recommended.

a. On 35th Street, between 5th Ave and 6th Ave [this goes West], there are 3 garages, two on the right and one on the left nearer 6th Ave.
b. On 36th Street, between 5th Ave and 6th Ave [this goes East], there are 3 garages, one on the left nearer 6th Ave and two on the right.
