Overview

Advertising Week, Business Development Institute, and Adrants, have once again partnered to produce ADEx: The Advertising Industry Experienced Hire Diversity Recruiting Program. This event will connect top agencies and marketers with experienced candidates from diverse backgrounds. Applicants will be pre-selected by leading agencies and brands to receive private invitations for individual informational recruiting sessions that will reveal career opportunities within the organizations. Please note this is NOT a job fair but rather an opportunity for you to connect with individual employers in a private setting throughout Advertising Week 2008.

Apply to be recruited to attend ADEx today free of charge.

  • Have the chance to meet with executive leadership from recruiting companies in discreet intimate groups.
  • Discover opportunities in leading agencies and marketers not available through posted job sites.
  • Be recruited by multiple employers in an efficient and confidential manner.

ADEx: Experienced Hire Diversity Recruiting Program

Last year's ADEx programs held in New York in September 2007 during Advertising Week 2007 and in Chicago this past March 2008 were the first initiatives of their kind. Produced and organized to provide companies in the communication industry opportunities to recruit top level diversity candidates through unique and unprecedented format and design. Diversity Job Fair & Leadership Conferences

BDI's nationwide Diversity Job Fair & Leadership Conference programs continue to boast amazing feedback from participating sponsors, exhibitors and attendees.

This year, as part of the GeneratioNext program, BDI on behalf of Advertising Week, AAAA's Ad Council, and AdAge Talent Works will work to produce a collaborative GeneratioNext Diversity Job Fair & Leadership Conference. This conference is geared towards young diverse professionals looking to meet with agency recruiters to explore available opportunities. Candidates will connect with and hear stories from respected thought leaders during the morning conference. We will educate them on what it's like to work in the industry as well as provide a breakdown of the industry segments. www.bdionline.com/GNDiversity
